Health & SafetyYour Child’s Safety Comes First
We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure and supportive environment for all children.
We focus on creating environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn at their own pace.
At The Kinder Garden, the safety, wellbeing and protection of every child is our highest priority. Our services are guided by the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard, with a strong focus on creating child safe environments where children feel secure, supported and respected.
We are committed to active supervision, safe staffing practices, ongoing risk assessment, child protection awareness, and fostering positive, responsive relationships with children and families. Our educators undertake regular training and work within clear child safe policies and procedures to ensure every child’s health, safety and wellbeing is embedded into daily practice.
Through reflective practice, continuous improvement and strong leadership, we strive to provide environments that support children to learn, grow and thrive safely every day.
