Enrolment & Getting Started

-
Availability can vary across our centres and age groups. We encourage you to submit an enquiry or book a tour, and our team will provide the most up-to-date information and discuss options with you.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
-
The Child Care Subsidy is a government payment that helps reduce the cost of childcare for eligible families. The amount you receive depends on your family’s circumstances, including income, activity levels and the type of care you use.
-
The amount of subsidy you receive varies for each family. It is calculated based on:
Your household income
Your level of recognised activity (e.g. work or study)
The number of hours of care you require
To get an estimate, you can use the CCS calculator via your MyGov account or speak with our team for general guidance.
-
You can apply for CCS through your MyGov account linked to Centrelink. Once your claim is approved, you will need to:
Confirm your enrolment details
Accept the enrolment through your Centrelink account
Our team can guide you through this process if needed.
-
Your CCS is paid directly to the centre, and your weekly fees are reduced accordingly. You will only pay the “gap fee” — the remaining amount after your subsidy has been applied.
